Access at each end A long carry from the door to the truck adds time. There’s no fee for stairs or elevators.

Can you pick up something I bought from a marketplace seller?

Yes. Give us the seller’s address and a pickup time that works for them. Payment for the item is between you and the seller.

Do I need to be there?

Someone needs to be at the drop-off to show the crew where the item goes. If the seller is at the pickup, you do not need to be there too.

Can you take it apart to fit through the door?

Yes, if the piece is designed to come apart. We can add disassembly and reassembly to the booking.

Can I add a second item?

Yes. Add any extra pieces or stops when you book, and they go on the same quote.
