Condo and apartment moves, by the building’s rules.
High-rises, walk-ups and rental buildings come with booked elevators, loading-dock times and move-in rules. We plan around them, send the insurance certificate your property manager asks for, and protect the hallways on the way out.
- No charge for stairs or elevators
- Certificate of insurance on request
- No fuel surcharge on local moves
Built for buildings with rules.
Three steps, two buildings.
What sets the cost of a condo or apartment move.
In-city condo and apartment moves are billed hourly. Building access often matters as much as how much you own:

Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send us your property manager’s requirements, or their contact details, and we’ll send the certificate before move day.
Who books the elevator?
Most buildings only take elevator bookings from residents. Your coordinator reminds you to book both buildings and plans the crew around those times.
What if my building only allows moves at certain hours?
Tell us the allowed hours when you book. We’ll set your arrival window so the crew starts as soon as the building allows.
Do you charge extra for high floors or walk-ups?
No. There is no charge for stairs or elevators. You pay the hourly rate for the time the move takes.
