How we handle your equipment.

Anti-static wrapping Computers, drives and electronics are wrapped in anti-static material before they leave the desk.
Labelled cabling Cables are bagged and labelled to the device and port they came from.
Crated transport Servers, monitors and small devices travel in padded crates, not loose in the truck.
Server racks Racks and rack-mounted equipment moved with the care and lifting gear they need.
Workstations & POS Desktop computers, monitors, printers and point-of-sale terminals packed and moved by trained staff.
IT provider coordination We plan shutdown and delivery times with your IT team or provider.

Will you set up our network at the new location?

No. We move and place the equipment. Your IT provider handles network setup, server configuration and testing.

Who powers down and disconnects the servers?

Your IT team or provider should shut down servers and network equipment. Our crew can disconnect and label desk equipment.

Can you move a few devices between locations?

Yes. We move single workstations, printers or POS systems between sites as well as full server rooms.

What coverage is there for electronics?

Basic liability of $0.60 per pound per item is included. Full replacement-value coverage is available and often makes sense for IT equipment.
