Do I need to be home on moving day?
Someone 18 or older needs to be there at pickup and delivery to walk the crew through and sign off. If you can’t be there, you can name someone in advance.
Will you take apart and rebuild furniture?
Yes. Taking apart and rebuilding beds, tables and desks is part of the move. Hardware is bagged and labelled to the piece it came from.
What can’t you move?
We can’t carry hazardous materials such as propane, paint, gasoline or cleaning chemicals, or perishable food. Jewellery, cash and important documents should travel with you.
Can you move just a few items?
Yes. Small moves still have the 3-hour minimum, so it can be worth adding any other pickups to the same booking.
